Job Description:

Investment Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced Investment Portfolio Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the supervision of multiple portfolio projects, performing credit and risk assessments, and monitoring the performance of assigned portfolios.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, structuring, and closing investments, as well as active portfolio management of debt and equity investments. They will also possess strong financial and credit skills, with the ability to structure and manage various financial instruments.

About the Role:

  • Lead the portfolio supervision of multiple portfolio projects
  • Perform credit and risk assessments, financial projections, covenant compliance reviews, and monitor changes to risk flags
  • Supervise and ensure the quality of portfolio reporting information and risk ratings prepared by junior staff
  • Develop innovative and appropriate financial structures for straightforward transactions and more complex ones

Requirements:

  • MBA or other equivalent master's degree in finance or management
  • At least 7 years of experience in finance with a proven track record of sourcing, structuring, and closing investments
  • Demonstrated knowledge of industries, industry trends, and opportunities in the sub-region countries
  • Strong financial and credit skills, with the ability to structure and manage various financial instruments
