Games Team Manager Position

The role of a Games Team Manager involves overseeing team operations, providing ongoing guidance and support to team members, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee team operations in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in written and spoken communication.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position or relevant role.
  • Relevant academic qualifications in a management-related field are desirable.
  • Prior experience in a related industry is beneficial.
  • Proficient in using productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership and team development capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills.
