About the Role

This is a leadership position where you will oversee daily operations of a department to ensure all activities are carried out effectively and align with broader organizational goals. As Head of Appearance, you will be responsible for monitoring team performance, collaborating with leadership to address performance gaps through coaching, training, or corrective measures.

  • Mentor junior managers and team leads to support their professional growth and help foster a results-oriented mindset.
  • Lead department-specific projects that align with company strategy, with a focus on maintaining quality standards and cost-efficiency.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance the department's contribution to the organization's overall brand and operational success.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency, including the implementation of digital tools and systems.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also approve new procedures, monitor inventory levels, and use data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decisions and communicate outcomes clearly.

Requirements
  • Native/fluent in English (C1), both oral and written.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership or senior management role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple teams and lead cross-functional projects.
  • Skilled in project management, team development, and effective communication.
