We're looking for a Senior Risk Monitoring Professional to join our team.

Job Description:

In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of risk monitoring frameworks, models, and key controls. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology groups to deliver solutions that meet our role specifications. You'll also coordinate the design, development, and maintenance of key risk monitoring AI/ML models, and constantly improve Internal Fraud & Strategic Monitoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead AFBC - Internal Fraud & Strategic Monitoring teams in the design, development, and maintenance of risk monitoring frameworks, models, and key controls.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across business and technology groups to deliver solutions that meet our role specifications.
  • Coordinate the design, development, and maintenance of key risk monitoring AI/ML models.
  • Constantly improve Internal Fraud & Strategic Monitoring solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's Degree or equivalent experience in data science/computer science and/or software delivery for financial institutions.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience demonstrated by key references and/or named projects (including your individual role/contribution in each project).
  • At least 4 years of professional experience managing mid-to-large size data science teams.
  • A deep understanding of the data science and risk monitoring domains, preferably in a financial industry/environment.
  • The ability to decide the best architectural approach to sustain a good risk monitoring framework & performance.
  • Deep knowledge of methods and tooling for the Data Scientist profession (including AI/ML tools).
  • Hands-on experience with big data, risk modeling, and tools.
