Senior Product Manager for Implantology and Biomaterials

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our local go-to-market strategy, drive growth, and strengthen our market leadership position in implantology and biomaterials.

  • Develop and execute the local product strategy and roadmap for our brands.
  • Create targeted product positioning and messaging for diverse customer segments.
  • Design and implement impactful marketing campaigns aligned with global branding guidelines.
  • Analyze customer workflows to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Medical Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product/brand management.
  • Demonstrated success in product launches, marketing campaigns, and cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and data-driven analytical skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong customer orientation and hands-on attitude.
  • Fluency in Romanian and English (written and spoken).
