Job Title:

IT Application Manager

A job that involves the full lifecycle of assigned IT applications, from design and development to support and decommissioning.

As an IT Application Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational stability, managing upgrades, and aligning technical strategy with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of IT applications, including design, development, deployment, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Be the primary point of contact for application-related issues, performance monitoring, and incident resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and risk standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and prioritize change requests.
  • Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver upgrades, patches, and migrations.
  • Maintain documentation, architecture diagrams, and configuration records for all owned applications.
  • Plan and execute application disaster recovery, failover testing, and ensure high availability.
  • Monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure optimal performance and availability of applications.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, knowledge of Office Suite, and familiarity with ITIL framework. They should also have a strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, application integration, and system architecture.
