Job Overview

We are seeking a professional with excellent communication skills and attention to detail for our Customer Operations team in Bucharest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: EDI Orders processing, super user, manual order entry as required
  • Customer Claims and Returns: investigating claims, coordinating returns, creation of credit and debit notes
  • Reporting and Presentations: managing inventory levels, quotations, fill rate reporting
  • Customer Service and Logistics: answering customer inquiries, communication with 3PL and warehousing suppliers
  • Change Management: analyzing internal partners' and external customers' needs, delivering initiatives for process improvements
Requirements
  • Customer Service/Order Management, FMCG, or third-party logistics background preferred
  • Strong collaboration with internal & external teams
  • High attention to detail & accuracy
  • Flawless communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and SAP
  • Problem solving skills
  • Fluent language skills in Romanian&English
