Structural Engineering Specialist Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineering Specialist to join our team. In this challenging role, you'll be responsible for designing and analyzing various industrial projects across multiple sectors.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll contribute to the development of innovative solutions that meet our clients' complex needs. Your expertise in structural engineering will help us deliver high-quality outcomes that exceed client expectations.

  • Design and analyze various concrete and steel structures;
  • Ensure all assigned projects are executed in line with our quality management system;
  • Support collaborative design processes by working across different engineering disciplines;
  • Understand and respond effectively to client needs and expectations;
  • Stay updated on industry standards, guidelines, and emerging technologies;
  • Collaborate constructively with colleagues and external partners to deliver exceptional results.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., structural engineering);
  • A minimum of 3 years of technical experience in structural engineering, including project design and analysis;
  • Proficiency in using Revit or Advance Steel for drafting and modeling;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with international teams;
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
