We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Global Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients across the globe.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to navigate complex issues with ease. You will work closely with colleagues from diverse backgrounds to provide seamless support to our customers.

With a strong understanding of customer expectations, you will be able to identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively:
1)Handle customer inquiries and concerns in multiple languages
2)Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving
3)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
4)Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other digital channels
5)Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction

Requirements

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
Hungarian + German language proficiency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic MS Office skills
Technical awareness of commercial vehicles
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
