Job Opportunity: Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team in Olteni, Romania. As a key member of our Sea Freight Forwarding department, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing customized solutions for clients, and driving portfolio growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the sea transportation field, with a strong understanding of Incoterms and international shipping regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Develop customized solutions for clients in cooperation with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the sea transportation field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Freight Forwarding software.
