We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Admin to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing HR support across various programs, processes, tools, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases as needed.
• Prepare employment documentation and information for the Workers Council.
• Create employment contracts and cover letters using current templates.
• Prepare employer certificates for various purposes.
• Support operational tasks in day-to-day business and assist with administrative HR topics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Professionals with experience in personnel administration and knowledge of German labor law are required. Familiarity with SAP-HR, Success Factors, and other HR-related software is an asset. Excellent communication skills and a structured work style are essential for success in this role.
