">Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting and reviewing global HR policies within the labor relations domain.
- Developing and implementing an online portal with standardized templates, policies, and country-specific resources.
- Creating and managing an early warning system to keep HR and leadership updated on regulatory changes.
Additionally, you will assist with annual wage negotiations, coordinate logistics for European Works Council meetings, and prepare presentations for leadership reviews.
">Requirements:
">5+ years of experience in labor relations, human resources, or employment compliance.
">Advanced English proficiency.
">Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field.
">The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
