Customer Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate customer support specialist to join our innovative financial technology platform. As a member of our global team, you will be part of a multicultural and multilingual environment, working from the comfort of your own home office.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support in the blockchain sector via chats and emails. You will build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, meet team KPIs, and stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent English language skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Experience in customer service
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • A personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Bonus points for:

  • A strong interest in innovative financial technologies or prior experience in the financial industry or payment processing
  • Experience with CRM systems
