Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and innovative professional to fill the role of Digital Engagement Strategist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing digital engagement and services for customers and patients through collaboration with stakeholders in the healthcare system.

The successful candidate will have experience in developing end-to-end digital solutions, including campaign measurement, ROI assessment, and channel optimization. They will also possess excellent collaboration skills, including experience in facilitating or leading cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will support the development of digital campaigns for our portfolio, using an omnichannel approach to drive segmentation, insights, strategic channel mix, and personalized content. You will also be expected to co-create solutions that improve healthcare outcomes and implement strategies to optimize their impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and improve healthcare outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create solutions that meet customer needs
  • Implement data-driven strategies to optimize digital campaign performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and technology
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • University degree in Computer Sciences, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including channel optimization, ROI/value assessment, and campaign measurement
  • Excellent collaboration skills, including experience in facilitating or leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and design-thinking
  • Fluent in local language and high level of English for global collaboration
