Job Description

The role of Associate Enterprise IT Support Engineer is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team. As the first point of contact for all end-user incidents and requirements, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our colleagues.

As a key member of our IT team, you will play a vital role in managing our end-user requests, issues, and problems. You will work closely with other teams to coordinate support efforts and communicate effectively with users throughout.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing proactive support for all our colleagues via various methods
  • Supporting all IT systems and facilities in the assigned office
  • Investigating and resolving as many incidents as possible
  • Managing all end-user requests ensuring that relevant approvals have been obtained
  • Working to a high standard of service management
  • Proactively maintaining the infrastructure to prevent failures/issues
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum 1 year experience in a user or customer-facing role, preferably in a tech support role. Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, tools, and operating systems such as MacOS, Windows, M365, JAMF, Atlassian etc is required.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong analysis capabilities and skills in structured problem-solving
  • Deep sense of urgency and ability to identify and achieve quick wins
  • Ability to quickly learn new subject matter areas
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
