Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to drive advertising revenue and grow customer engagement
  • Leading a high-performing team to optimize campaign performance, enhance partner experience, and unlock new revenue streams
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key advertisers to ensure deep understanding of their goals and objectives
  • Fostering cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation and scale in brand solutions

Requirements:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales or brand partnerships, ideally within retail media or FMCG verticals
  • Proven track record of team leadership and ability to motivate direct reports to achieve high output
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate GMV into media value, pitch bundled solutions, and handle objections
  • Comfortable with campaign analytics, forecasting, and revenue planning
  • Fluent communicator with excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills
