Job Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Junior Tester. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our macOS device management setup, with a focus on validation and quality assurance.

  • Validation and quality assurance of macOS device management setup
  • Post-transition testing of new Microsoft Intune configuration to ensure successful migration
  • Verification that business and security requirements are fulfilled across software packages, device settings, and MDM policies
  • Testing deployment and functionality of macOS software packages managed via Intune
  • Collaboration with engineers to identify, document, and track issues related to packaging, compliance, and policy enforcement
  • Supporting validation of Apple DEP and MDM profile integrations
  • Assisting in creation and upkeep of test cases, plans, and documentation
  • Participation in test cycles for new features, updates, and configuration changes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Data Science, or related field
  • Basic understanding of macOS environments, software packaging, and device management
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Apple MDM, and Apple DEP
  • Experience or academic background in software testing, QA methodologies, or IT systems validation
  • Detail-oriented mindset and structured approach to identifying and documenting issues
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English
