Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive project manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals are met on time, within scope, and with quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Transferring customer requirements into new and existing IT processes and solution concepts and providing technical support with specialist departments and partners.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Identify project risks and issues, and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Track project performance and progress using appropriate tools and KPIs.

In addition, you will ensure compliance with security standards, industry best practices, and support change management and user adoption efforts for new systems or processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, or systems integration.
  • 3-7 years of project management experience in an IT environment.
  • PM certification as PMI PMP (or other PM method) an advantage.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
