Your tasks

You support and accompany managers in the implementation of the strategic and P&O goals of the respective units by applying relevant P&O tools;
You are a partner to our managers along the entire employee life cycle - from recruitment and talent development to training and the application of change management methods;
You work together with our team on projects and implement global measures in your area;
You regularly take part in meetings of the units you are responsible for and are in constant communication with managers;

You are the first point of contact for employees and managers in all HR-related matters and are jointly responsible for all operational P&O activities.

Your profile

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR , advantage as BP Partner;
Good knowledge MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook), good in English;
Experience in an international company is a plus;
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, team player, with initiatives and some product development vision;
Good communication and negotiations skills;
Good analytical skills and excellent time management.
Team player;
Proactive;
Continuous improvement mindset and self-initiative;
Responsible, responsive, reliable, and well organized.
