Purpose of position

As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for increasing the company's visibility in the online environment, as well as supporting our online sales through our D2C channels – owned (through Lead Generating strategies) or external (partners' websites).

You will develop and execute strategies to generate traffic, improve the customer journey, optimize conversion rates, and improve overall online performance.

Main points of the position

Implementing the marketing campaigns and content in the online environment (Google and Social Media accounts).
Measuring and reporting on the performance of campaigns, gain insights and assess against goals.
Working with our design team to produce high quality content for websites and social media channels.
Leading the interaction with the digital agencies; conduct the agency performance evaluation and plans improvement.
Leading new Digital Customer Centricity projects such as new digital platforms, systems, or tools.

Preparing tactics based on marketing planning using currently available digital tools and platforms (it is a plus to have experience working with any of: Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Experience Manager, Hybris, Marketing Cloud Account Management – ex-Pardot, Salesforce, Skilljar, Bullseye, Get Feedback, Sprinklr).

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Communications and Customer Service, to execute digital campaigns and promotions to attract leads.
Optimizing end-to-end the journey for our customers, from lead generation to conversion and post-purchase follow-up.
Supporting the e-commerce operations: optimizing product visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
Monitoring and analyzing e-commerce KPIs to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
Administrating the company's and brands' websites, implementing SEO and SEA strategies.
Monitoring website analytics and user behavior, making data-driven decisions to improve performance and user experience.
Contributes and implements the annual marketing plan.
Manages and optimizes the Lead Generation process.

Minimum Requirements:
At least bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing (Marketing, or Communication, Business Administration or similar).

Relevant professional skills:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing department or agency, as Digital Marketing Specialist.
Familiarity with online marketing tools, including Social Media advertising, Email Marketing, SEO, and SEM.
Previous experience with websites construction and management.

Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Management (ex-Pardot) for customer segmentation, targeting, and personalized marketing campaigns.

Analytical skills and experience in using web analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics.
Experience in setting-up and budgeting digital campaigns (KPIs setting, customer-journey set-up, data analytics), A/B testing).

Additional skills / competencies (ideal, not mandatory):
HTML/CSS, web design – front end.
Programming (PHP, C#, Java) and good IT skills (databases, MS Office etc.)
Proficient IT skills (databases, MS Office etc.)
Experience with AI.
Experience with e-commerce platforms, tools, including online marketplaces.
