  • University degree in marketing, communication, or a related field;
  • Previous experience in digital marketing through internships, courses, or personal projects;
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and techniques, such as Social Media Marketing, SEO, PPC Advertising, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing;
  • Familiarity with popular digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics & Ads, Google Business Profile, Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), CMS, Salesforce, Ahrefs, ChatBot/LiveChat;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills;
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights for optimizing digital marketing efforts;
  • Ability to contribute to various digital marketing projects running in parallel.

Your responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Social Media, Email Marketing, CMS, and SEO;︁︀︂︃︃︈︃︁︃︀
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create and deliver engaging content specific to the company's online channels;
  • Supporting the team in managing social media accounts, including scheduling content and monitoring and managing online conversations;
  • Handling and resolving customer information requests through digital channels;
  • Optimizing website content and structure to improve search engine visibility and user experience;
  • Monitoring and analyzing digital marketing performance indicators and providing specific reports on campaign efficiency, website traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Continuously analyzing competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for improving digital marketing strategie.
