We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Randstad Digital team in a challenging project in Bucharest (hybrid work model) in the cybersecurity field.

The project is in collaboration with one of our Cybersecurity partners, with the mission of creating critical solutions based on biometrics and cryptography.
Responsibilities
Understanding the requirements to develop proposals to meet business objectives;
Determining project scope of the engagement, and planning timelines;
Assessing the current IT systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization on Build and RUN;
Assessing subcontractors' contracts and insource vs outsource strategy;
Proposing digital transformation to enhance productivity and competitiveness;
Advising on cybersecurity measures and data protection best practices to safeguard critical information and systems;
Evaluating software applications and technologies, recommending the most suitable solutions;
Working closely with IT/technical teams to ensure towards smooth delivery of solutions.
Requirements
You have prior experience as a IT consultant or Project Manager (5 years +);
You have proven experience as an Project Manager, IT Consultant or similar role, demonstrating successful project management;
You have in-depth knowledge of Business Applications and IT infrastructure, network administration;
You have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology;
You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex IT challenges to develop effective solutions;
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
You have project management certifications (for example, PMP);
You have the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment;
You have a passion for IT technology;
Fluency in English (written and spoken);
Fluency in French (written and spoken) is nice to have.
