The Senior Reporting Specialist will work closely with project finance teams cross border, and senior leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple real estate projects is properly prepared and submitted in due time.


Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and manage accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L and balance sheet) in accordance with IFRS for multiple real estate projects.


Budgeting and Forecasting:

Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets and forecasts for multiple real estate projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and financial objectives.


Consolidation:
Manage the consolidation process for multiple entities within the RO portfolio, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS.

IFRS Compliance:
Ensure all financial reports comply with IFRS standards and provide guidance on IFRS-related matters.

Performance Analysis:
Analyze financial performance across multiple projects, including variance analysis and identification of key financial metrics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

CAPEX Reporting:
Oversee monthly CAPEX reporting for multiple allocated projects and SPVs.

System Management:
Utilize and enhance financial software and systems to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency. Lead the transition to new financial systems as needed, on the reporting segment.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project execution and financial alignment.

Training and Mentorship:
Provide training and mentorship to junior finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial project management, with a focus on real estate development or construction projects. o At least 3 years of experience with IFRS.
  • Ongoing or completed ACCA certification.
  • Good knowledge of Romanian RAS.
  • Good command of Business English.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Carisma, SAP, Oracle, MS Excel). Experience with real estate management software is preferred.
