Care sunt responsabilitățile postului?

Vei coordona activitatea de marketing pentru brandul Dr. Max;
Vei propune și executa iniţiative de marketing bazate pe o bună înţelegere a nevoilor clienţilor, cat și ţinând cont de obiectivele de business ale companiei;
Vei dezvolta campanii de comunicare a brandului avand în vedere o abordare omnichanel (brick&mortar și online);
Te vei asigura că acțiunile de CRM sunt în linie cu poziționarea brandului Dr Max;
Vei urmari trendurile de marketing, vei monitoriza competiţia și vei identifica potenţialele oportunităţi de business;
Vei dezvolta și executa planuri de investiţii media pentru a susţine planurile de comunicare, bazate pe o bună înţelegere a audienţei targetate, urmate întotdeauna de o analiză de Return of Investment;
Vei dezvolta campanii naţionale pentru consumatori;
Vei gestiona iniţiativele de market research;
Vei fi responsabil/ă de bugetul de marketing aprobat pentru brandul Dr. Max în directă conexiune cu ROI-ul;
Vei stabili mixul de media pentru fiecare dintre iniţiativele de marketing;
Vei fi responsabil/ă pentru susţinerea dezvoltării comunităţilor online Dr. Max;
Vei stabili, vei implementa, vei urmări planul de comunicare, impactul și bugetele asociate;
Vei superviza mijloacele proprii de comunicare (pagina web, revista interna, catalog comercial, comunicare directa, altele).

Ce așteptăm de la tine?

Să ai studii superioare finalizate (de preferat marketing, management);
Să ai cunoștințe avansate de operare PC – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
Să ai cunoștinte avansate de limba engleză;
Să ai excelente abilități de comunicare și negociere;
Să ai excelente abilități interpersonale și abilitatea de a construi relații de colaborare;
Să ai bună capacitate de analiză și sinteză;
Să ai gândire creativă si usurință în exprimarea ideilor.
Să ai competența de a lucra cu diverse platforme, tehnologii;
Să ai abilitatea de a lucra pe mai multe proiecte și de a le reprioritiza in functie de necesități.
