Are you a master of creating unforgettable customer experiences? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We're looking for a passionate Senior Customer Journey Expert to join Daily Banking & Investments Tribe, within Flight Controls Squad, to revolutionize the way people navigate foreign exchange, transactions reporting, personal finance management and many others interesting things As a Customer Journey Expert, you'll be the driving force behind crafting seamless, intuitive journeys for our users across diverse financial landscapes. From optimizing foreign exchange transactions to delivering insightful reporting and empowering users to take control of their finances, you'll have an essential role in shaping the future of financial empowerment.
Your day to day
- Product Vision and Strategy: Together with the Product Owner of the squad, define and communicate the product vision and strategy to the team, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
- Mapping Customer Journeys: Collaborating with cross-functional team members to map out and visualize the end-to-end customer journey
- Requirement Gathering: Analyse requirements from stakeholders and translate them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria for the development team
- Contribution: contribute to all team ceremonies (planning, goal refinement, daily status, retrospective, demonstration of functionalities developed in cycles called sprints)
- Feedback and Iteration: Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate on the product, making necessary adjustments to improve usability and meet evolving needs
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the successful delivery of the product, proactively addressing issues as they arise
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs
- Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about the progress of the product, including milestone achievements, upcoming features, and any challenges being faced by the team
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging feedback, experimentation, and learning from both successes and failures.
What you bring to the team
- Minimum 3 years experience in the banking sector or in a financial institution
