We're looking for a passionate Senior Customer Journey Expert to join Daily Banking & Investments Tribe, within Flight Controls Squad, to revolutionize the way people navigate foreign exchange, transactions reporting, personal finance management and many others interesting things As a Customer Journey Expert, you'll be the driving force behind crafting seamless, intuitive journeys for our users across diverse financial landscapes. From optimizing foreign exchange transactions to delivering insightful reporting and empowering users to take control of their finances, you'll have an essential role in shaping the future of financial empowerment.
Your day to day
Product Vision and Strategy: Together with the Product Owner of the squad, define and communicate the product vision and strategy to the team, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needsMapping Customer Journeys: Collaborating with cross-functional team members to map out and visualize the end-to-end customer journeyRequirement Gathering: Analyse requirements from stakeholders and translate them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria for the development teamContribution: contribute to all team ceremonies (planning, goal refinement, daily status, retrospective, demonstration of functionalities developed in cycles called sprints)Feedback and Iteration: Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate on the product, making necessary adjustments to improve usability and meet evolving needsRisk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the successful delivery of the product, proactively addressing issues as they ariseCollaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products that meet user needsCommunication: Keep stakeholders informed about the progress of the product, including milestone achievements, upcoming features, and any challenges being faced by the teamContinuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging feedback, experimentation, and learning from both successes and failures.What you bring to the team
Minimum 3 years experience in the banking sector or in a financial institutionTeam player: it is about the team; you trust others and can be trusted. You are committed to team goals and always have the right spirit.Analytical thinking, focus on quality (commitment to respect the standards of excellence), proactive attitude, determination and discipline, customer orientation, team spirit.Positive attitude, accountable and open minded to challenge the status quo.Strong focus on making things work.Excellent communication skills - ability to present formal /informal findings in a clearly defined and persuasive manner.What we offer
