Mission
Design the e-commerce business strategy, implement the products & business plan and identify new opportunities to:
- Deliver the value proposition for each strategic customer segment (WB, SME & MCB, MCSE)
- Improve e-commerce products P&L
- Increase customer satisfaction
- Ensure e-commerce products & processes compliance with internal and external standards
Your day-to-day
- Manages the new products developments and/or update initiatives, during the entire product lifecycle (technical requirements, testing, implementation, communication)
What you bring to the team
Positive attitude, high degree of responsibility, disciplined, analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail, results oriented, customer orientation, relationship and communication ability, initiative, able to work under pressure;Professional Knowledge: understanding the regulatory framework for cards business, good knowledge of business strategy, understanding of ING’s distribution business model;Education: Bachelor degree;Experience: minimum 5 years of experience in financial services or telecom in areas like product managet and project management; previous experience managing e-commerce products is a plus;Professional Qualifications: previous experience in informal coordination of a team, P&L responsibility; Agile methodology;IT knowledge: proficiency in Microsoft Office;Foreign languages level of knowledge: English ( written and spoken) fluent.What we offer
