We'd love it if you had:

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Business Analysis, Operational Reporting or similar positions;
  • Experience in Logistics and Operations departments;
  • Knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint), SQL, Jira, Confluence, QlikView, relational databases;
  • Good analytical, attention to details, and problem-solving experience;
  • Ability to translate business problems into quantitative analyses and produce useful insights;
  • Ability to manage own time to tight deadlines as well as commit and prioritize work duties and tasks;
  • Capable of understanding fast business processes and having a thorough understanding of what is important for business growth;
  • A proactive and constructive approach to problems;
  • Open to new approaches and capable of adapting to changes and to understand how the business processes combine with technical processes;
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written);
  • Excellent communication skills and a demonstrable ability to communicate with users, technical teams, and management at all levels of the business.

You need to successfully:

  • Manage business requirements through deep understanding of existing functionalities, integrations, and Operational flows;
  • Document Operational requirements and the proposed solution in a common language that can be understood by all stakeholders;
  • Own and manage the product backlog – ensures the tasks have all necessary details so they can be fully implemented with little to no clarification roundtrips;
  • Discuss feasibility and complexity together with the Business, Reporting & Development teams. Iterates the requirements gathering process until all requests fit into the constraints and limitations of a feasible solution from a business point of view;
  • Identifies opportunities and finds implementation solutions for expressed or unexpressed needs, conduct workshops that generate ideas and content for solutions;
  • Shares knowledge and provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation;
  • Collaborate with Business, Reporting & Development teams to create and maintain applications that drive business growth.
