Business Transformation Specialist

We'd love it if you had:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Business Analysis, Operational Reporting or similar positions;
- Experience in Logistics and Operations departments;
- Knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint), SQL, Jira, Confluence, QlikView, relational databases;
- Good analytical, attention to details, and problem-solving experience;
- Ability to translate business problems into quantitative analyses and produce useful insights;
- Ability to manage own time to tight deadlines as well as commit and prioritize work duties and tasks;
- Capable of understanding fast business processes and having a thorough understanding of what is important for business growth;
- A proactive and constructive approach to problems;
- Open to new approaches and capable of adapting to changes and to understand how the business processes combine with technical processes;
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written);
- Excellent communication skills and a demonstrable ability to communicate with users, technical teams, and management at all levels of the business.
You need to successfully:
- Manage business requirements through deep understanding of existing functionalities, integrations, and Operational flows;
- Document Operational requirements and the proposed solution in a common language that can be understood by all stakeholders;
- Own and manage the product backlog – ensures the tasks have all necessary details so they can be fully implemented with little to no clarification roundtrips;
- Discuss feasibility and complexity together with the Business, Reporting & Development teams. Iterates the requirements gathering process until all requests fit into the constraints and limitations of a feasible solution from a business point of view;
- Identifies opportunities and finds implementation solutions for expressed or unexpressed needs, conduct workshops that generate ideas and content for solutions;
- Shares knowledge and provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation;
- Collaborate with Business, Reporting & Development teams to create and maintain applications that drive business growth.
