What Will You Be Doing:

  • Drafts legal documents, notes, information, and official notifications;
  • Participates in internal investigations and disciplinary proceedings;
  • Prepares documentation related to disciplinary investigation processes;
  • Performs administrative tasks related to the registration, management, and archiving of legal documents;
  • Carries out related administrative duties as required;
  • Travels to institutions, authorities, or external entities when necessary;
  • Maintains effective communication with other departments and provides legal support and guidance as needed.

What Makes You a Strong Candidate:

  • Between 6 months to 2 years of previous experience as a legal assistant or in a related legal support role is preferred;
  • Solid understanding of legal terminology, procedures and principles;
  • Legal knowledge and experience in drafting documents with legal content;
  • Good knowledge of labor law is a great plus;
  • At least conversational level of English;
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams operation;
  • The ability and determination to manage a large and continuous volume of work and the ability to do mainly repetitive work and perform work tasks on time;
  • Be engaged, a team-player, pro-active and have non-conflict communication skills;
  • Analytical thinking and ease of expression in writing and verbal;
  • Be an organised, punctual and results-oriented person.
