Project Description

We are seeking an
ESX Hypervisor Specialist
to support our client in managing and optimizing virtualized IT environments for enterprise systems. The goal of this project is to implement best practices in server consolidation, VM migrations, and hybrid cloud deployments, ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure. By delivering well-maintained and optimized virtual environments, the project aims to enable efficient operations and support enterprise applications at scale.

Requirements

  • VMware ESXi
  • PowerShell
  • IT security
  • Kubernetes (nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for VMware
    ESXi hypervisors
    , ensuring stable and reliable virtual environments.
  • Collaborate closely with specialist teams to plan and execute
    server consolidation, upgrades, and V2V migrations
    to private or public cloud environments.
  • Continuously review, refine, and automate processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, develop precise solutions, and maintain detailed documentation of incidents.
  • Create and adapt service catalogs and implementation concepts to integrate new technologies seamlessly into the system landscape.
