Grupul reuneste activitatile Electrogrup, Nova Power & Gas, Netcity, Direct One și Wesee, companii active in domeniul proiectelor de infrastructura energetica si de telecomunicatii. Alaturi de acestea, E-INFRA s-a dezvoltat constant si numara astazi peste 1200 de angajati.

In momentul de fata cautam un nou coleg pentru pozitia de Project Manager - Instalatii Electrice, care sa se alature companiei Electrogrup, parte din grupul E-INFRA.

Responsabilitati:

  • Planificarea si coordonarea proiectelor (inginerie, achizitii, constructii).
  • Optimizarea alocarii resurselor (umane, materiale, financiare).
  • Monitorizarea progresului proiectelor, respectarea termenelor si evaluarea performantei echipelor.
  • Elaborarea rapoartelor financiare si de progres pentru clienti si autoritati.
  • Comunicarea constanta cu clientii, autoritatile, subcontractantii si alte parti implicate.
  • Gestionarea riscurilor proiectului si asigurarea respectarii standardelor de calitate, siguranta si mediu.
  • Monitorizarea costurilor, gestionarea contractelor si optimizarea profitabilitatii proiectelor.
Cerinte:
  • Studii superioare in Energetica sau Inginerie Electrica.
  • Experienta de 5-10 ani in gestionarea proiectelor mari din sectorul energetic (statii electrice, centrale eoliene/fotovoltaice).
  • Atestat PMI, ANRE gradul III-IV.
  • Abilitati de leadership si coordonare echipe multidisciplinare.
  • Abilitati de comunicare si negociere de contracte.
  • Cunostinte ale legislației locale si internationale specifice domeniului energetic (normative, instructiuni tehnice, CEI-uri).
  • Experienta in gestionarea bugetelor si riscurilor.
  • Limba engleza la nivel mediu-avansat.
