UX Designer,

Project Specification: Service Provider consultant will assign a UX Designer to enhance and refine the design of an in-progress SaaS product provisioning portal. The initial user research has been conducted, and the focus is now on analysing existing insights, mapping user flows, structuring information architecture, and designing solutions based on an established Design System. The designer will also be responsible for presenting solutions and conducting user testing based on Figma prototypes to minimize development risks.

Key Responsibilities: 1. UX Analysis & Refinement - Analyze briefs, existing research, and documented user insights to refine design decisions. - Map user flows and define the product's information architecture. - Ensure alignment between business goals, technical constraints, and user experience. 2. Prototyping & Design Execution - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs based on existing research and business needs. - Ensure consistency by working within an existing Design System while proposing iterative improvements when necessary. - Collaborate with UI designers and developers to refine UI elements (spacing, hierarchy, accessibility refinements). 3. User Testing & Risk Reduction - Create and present design solutions to stakeholders and agile teams. - Conduct user testing based on Figma prototypes to identify usability issues before development. - Iterate on designs based on test findings to optimize user interactions. 4. Collaboration & Communication - Work closely with PMs, PBAs, Technical Architects, and agile teams to align UX strategy with product goals. - Act as a bridge between UX research and product development, ensuring usability insights drive decision-making. - Facilitate UX workshops or collaborative sessions to engage teams in refining user experience. - Share and review design with the XD team to enhance impact and align on pattern
