About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior UX Designer with strong expertise in UX, Interaction, and Visual Design to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in shaping the user experience for our data-heavy, enterprise-grade products, leveraging established design systems and branding guidelines. This position requires a proactive, adaptable, and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional digital experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead UX design initiatives from concept to delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, visual comps, style guides, and redline specs.
  • Understand and improve the end-to-end customer journey, identifying pain points and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with UX researchers, visual designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver excellent user experiences.
  • Use and contribute to design systems and guidelines.
  • Manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables independently.
  • Partner with Accessibility Lead to ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
  • Communicate design decisions clearly across teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 6 years of experience in UX and interface design, preferably with complex enterprise applications.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing full ownership of UX projects with wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
  • Familiarity with Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and collaboration tools like FigJam or Miro.
  • Understanding of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Experience using research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Solid grasp of visual design principles: typography, color, grids.
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards is a plus.
  • Organized, adaptable, self-starter, and excellent communicator.
