Scopul principal al jobului:

Definirea, testarea și implementarea unor experiențe digitale simple și intuitive pentru platformele interne și produsele proprii ale agenției. UX Designerul va avea un rol cheie în crearea de fluxuri și interfețe care să susțină atât echipele interne, cât și clienții finali prin soluții eficiente și prietenoase.

Profilul jobului:

  • Crearea de wireframe-uri, prototipuri și mock-up-uri în Figma, pentru produse și tool-uri interne.
  • Analiza și îmbunătățirea experienței utilizatorului pentru aplicații și platforme digitale proprii.
  • Colaborare cu echipele interne pentru a traduce cerințele în experiențe clare și funcționale.
  • Cercetarea nevoilor utilizatorilor interni și externi (user flows, user testing).
  • Propunerea și implementarea de îmbunătățiri continue pentru produsele digitale existente.
  • Definirea standardelor UX și integrarea acestora în procesele interne.

Profilul candidatului:

  • 3–5 ani experiență ca UX Designer
  • Experiență demonstrată în Figma și instrumente de prototipare.
  • Capacitatea de a construi wireframe-uri clare și prototipuri interactive.
  • Cunoștințe practice despre user research, usability testing, human-centered design.
  • Abilitatea de a transforma nevoi de business în experiențe digitale intuitive.
  • Engleză la nivel avansat (scris și vorbit).
  • Creativitate, atenție la detalii și gândire orientată spre soluții.
