I'm looking for an
Affiliate Manager
for an online iGaming business operating across
regulated and unregulated markets
, focused on scaling player acquisition and revenue through performance-driven affiliate partnerships.

This role is a strong fit for professionals with
hands-on experience in online casino affiliate ecosystems
, who understand how affiliate-driven growth works in practice, from partner acquisition and deal negotiation to traffic quality, performance monitoring, and market expansion. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key role in growing the business into new markets.

What You Bring

  • A solid portfolio of affiliates and extensive experience working with them in
    non-regulated markets
    (GCC is a plus) and
    regulated markets
    (DK, DE, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of
    online casino operations
    , affiliate ecosystems, and performance-based marketing models
  • Comfort working with
    data and analytics tools
    , with the ability to analyze performance and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to travel for conferences to onboard and grow affiliate partnerships
  • Ability to collaborate within a team, oversee work processes, and generate and analyze
    business intelligence reports
    related to affiliate-driven traffic
  • Experience with
    NetRefer
    is considered a plus

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive
    affiliate marketing strategy
    , including market identification, affiliate research, partner onboarding, and performance monitoring
  • Identify, assess, onboard, and support new affiliates, including negotiating agreements and ensuring correct brand exposure
  • Manage relationships with existing affiliates through performance reviews, feedback, support, and negotiation of better positioning
  • Monitor and report on affiliate performance, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management
  • Create new landing pages and oversee performance landing pages in collaboration with content, CRM, front-end, and design teams
  • Take ownership of the
    Affiliate Program
    , including website, content, design, terms and conditions, and affiliate approvals across commercial and marketing funnels
  • Collaborate directly with the COO and key stakeholders on
    strategic planning and market expansion initiatives
