Job Description

  • Audit of travel and expenses;
  • Answering to queries from employees;
  • Ensure guidance to employees in order to submit expenses in a correct way;
  • Highlighting and challenging any policy violation;
  • Performing daily/weekly and monthly reports;
  • Answering to ad-hoc requests from the client.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months experience in Travel and Expenses role;

  • German language required - B2;

  • Team player and strong client orientation;

  • High detail orientation and analysis skills;
  • SAP Concur knowledge is a plus.
