Would you like to use your English skills to support one of the world's most iconic automotive brands- As an English-speaking Customer Support Representative, you will be part of our team in Romania, providing professional and friendly assistance to customers throughout their journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent support to customers via phone, chat, and other communication platforms;
• Guiding customers through both the purchasing and post purchase processes;
• Working closely with internal teams to find appropriate and timely solutions;
• Accurately updating customer records and databases;
• Recommending tailored product and service solutions based on customer needs;
• Adapting to business needs and supporting tasks to ensure efficient service delivery;
• Representing the voice and values of a globally recognized automotive brand.

What we're looking for:

• Strong English language skills (B2 level upwards);
• Motivation to deliver outstanding customer experience;
• Availability for 6 weeks of fulltime training (Mon-Fri,andnbsp;9:00-18:00)
• Flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule after training;
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills;
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
