Brand Manager – Automotive EV Brand Launch

We are seeking a dynamic professional with a passion for the automotive industry and electric mobility, ready to join our team and drive the successful launch and growth of an innovative EV brand on the Romanian market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the branch sales and marketing strategy;

Oversee daily operations and lead the local team;

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers;

Monitor performance and report progress to central management;

Play an active role in shaping the brand's presence in Romania.

Requirements

Proven experience in branch management or sales within the automotive or electric mobility sectors;

Strong leadership and communication skills;

Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment;

Previous experience in launching new products or brands is a strong advantage;

Solid business acumen and commercial strategy knowledge.
