What would you be doing?

Sphera Franchise Group S.A. operates in a franchise system the brands KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell in Romania and KFC in Moldova and Italy, running over 170 restaurants in the 3 countries. We are the leader in the Romanian food service industry, offering consumers a memorable experience backed by excellent services and unique products.

This position works with the Marketing Lead in design and delivery of strategies, plans, and marketing initiatives that grow same-store sales for KFC, and build brand equity in Romania. As part of our Marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to play a key role in identifying consumer insights, ideating to create new products/promotional ideas, formulating marketing plans, and launching new products into the marketplace to drive growth in sales and profits. Candidates should have passion for the consumer, love for marketing, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced business environment.

Key job functions include:

  • Lead the flawless execution of the Marketing Calendar:

*Marketing:
product, price, forecast, dedicated product formats for different sales channels.

*Communication:
insight, proposition, brief, communication idea, and development & implementation of the campaign in line with the brand positioning.

  • Ability to analyze market research, industry trends, and the competitive marketplace to identify breakthrough marketing and communication opportunities.
  • Data-driven decision: the ability to analyze business data and make decisions on it.
  • Development of world-class advertising and ATL/BTL/POS/Digital assets and contribute to 360-degree media planning.
  • Be part of cross-functional teams from a variety of departments in order to ensure "right first time" implementation of the marketing campaigns in restaurants.
  • Budget management: planning and controlling the marketing campaigns and different activities.

Who are we looking for?

Education

Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred

Experience

We are looking for a passionate and driven marketer with 5 years post-degree industry experience, preferably in marketing or advertising
