We're looking for a motivated individual to join our Marketing team at Viva Credit. We enjoy a fun, dynamic environment where we push the limits of our creativity to build the coolest campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated customer onboarding flows (SMS & E-mail) to improve user experience and increase operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate and test company websites and applications to ensure they function according to user requirements and established guidelines.
  • Work proactively in coordination with the development team for troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Define SEO, GEO

(Generative Engine Optimization),

and SEM requirements, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure their successful implementation.
- Participate in cross-functional projects like campaign/communication channels analysis dashboards and contribute to future developments of campaign tool(s) like real-time campaigns, new channels & integrations with other 3rd parties.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years in a similar position.
  • HTML, CSS are a must-have.
  • Proven experience with e-mail marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Strong UX experience and knowledge of UI.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console.
  • Knowledge of SQL (nice to have).
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
  • Passion for discovering new trends in digital marketing.
  • Good organization & time management skills.
  • The desire to learn new techniques and technologies in online marketing.
  • Advanced knowledge of English.
