Pricing Actuary
pasionat de modelare actuarială și dornic să contribuie la dezvoltarea tarifelor de viitor.

Dacă îți place să analizezi, să construiești modele și să găsești soluții creative pentru a optimiza performanța portofoliului, atunci s-ar putea să fii persoana potrivită pentru noi


Ce vei face:


• Vei construi și menține modele de tarifare pentru RCA și alte produse SIGNAL IDUNA;


• Vei analiza indicatorii de performanță tehnică și evoluția portofoliului;


• Vei propune și implementa ajustări tarifare bazate pe analize riguroase;


• Vei evalua impactul modificărilor legislative sau de piață asupra tarifelor;


• Vei colabora cu colegii din diverse departamente într-un mediu deschis și dinamic;


• Vei contribui activ la atingerea obiectivelor echipei și ale companiei.


Ce căutăm:


• Cunoștințe actuariale solide și înțelegere aprofundată a principiilor de tarifare;


• Minimum 3 ani experiență în tarifare RCA;


• Abilități analitice, atenție la detalii și gândire critică;


• Cunoștințe de R, SQL și/sau Python – un avantaj;


• Bune cunoștințe de limba engleză;


• Spirit de echipă, deschidere spre învățare și dorință de a aduce valoare prin inovație.
