What You'll Be Doing:

  • Design and develop Siebel CRM customizations based on functional specs
  • Write clear and structured
    technical design documents
  • Execute and design
    unit and integration tests
  • Support QA teams during testing phases
  • Ensure smooth and timely
    deployment and delivery
    of your developments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid Agile environment


What We're Looking For:

  • Hands-on experience with Siebel CRM development
    , including configuration and scripting
  • Proficiency with
    Siebel Tools
    and strong understanding of
    Workflows
  • Solid knowledge of
    SQL / PL-SQL
    and
    Oracle databases
  • Experience in designing and executing
    unit and system tests
  • Previous involvement in
    qualification and delivery support
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of your work
  • A mix of
    rigor, creativity, and clear communication
  • Curious, proactive, and motivated to learn continuously
