Your Role: As a Senior Tax Consultant, you will:

  • Prepare and review tax returns for our diverse portfolio of clients;
  • Get involved in interesting projects like tax reviews, due diligence, and audits;
  • Support direct managers wiath daily client service activities, working with limited supervision on returns and consulting projects;
  • Build and manage strong, lasting relationships with your clients;
  • Guide and support junior colleagues, sharing your knowledge and expertise;
  • Prepare internal documents, corespondence and professional opinions;
  • Contribute ideas to help optimize our tax department's workflows and processes.

What We're Looking For

  • A university degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting;
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting and tax priojects in Romanian legislation;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word);
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Considered a Plus

  • A Certified Tax Advisor title (from the Chamber of Tax Consultants);
  • Previous team coordination or supervisory experience (at least 1 year).

Work Schedule

  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM
  • Hibryd work: one week from home and one week from the office (after probation period);
  • Travel: occasionally travel to clients sites may be required.
