We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Digital Growth Manager
to lead and scale our pharmaceutical retail e-commerce business. This role requires strong leadership, expertise in digital retail, and the ability to drive sustainable online growth while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

As a key leader, you will oversee the daily operations of our online store, optimize customer experience, and work cross-functionally to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the e-commerce team to achieve KPIs and deliver a seamless online shopping experience.
  • Manage workload distribution, performance reviews, and team skill development.

E-Commerce Operations

  • Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and order fulfilment.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical advertising and communication standards.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to optimize inventory and delivery.

Sales & Performance Management

  • Monitor and analyse online sales, conversion rates, and customer behaviour.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and revenue.
  • Report on KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure a user-friendly, compliant, and reliable e-commerce platform.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with service excellence.
  • Partner with UX/UI, IT, and marketing teams to optimize the digital journey.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing on campaigns, SEO/SEM, and loyalty programs.
  • Partner with commercial teams on assortment and pricing strategies.
  • Liaise with compliance and legal teams to meet industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years' experience in e-commerce, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated retail strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver business objectives.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
