Context:

Your ROLE will be responsible for structuring the financial department and creating and implementing related processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of financial information.

Main responsibilities:

➢ Oversee daily financial functions, including accounting, payroll and financial reporting

➢ Work closely with the CEO (owner) to create annual budget and track actual against budgeted

➢ Monitor cash flows and predict future trends; in-charge with all the payments made for the company (salaries, taxes, suppliers)

➢ Management of Account Receivables and Payables

➢ Efficient allocation of resources on projects in order to achieve the budgeted profitability, analyzing profitability per projects/clients/cost per project

➢ Involved in the annual budgeting process and the quarterly reviews/reforecasts, analysis of significant variances compared to estimates ➢Prepare monthly operational reports on pricing, revenues, expenses and profitability of the business lines and analysis of variances compared to estimates

➢ KPI computation, analysis and tracking to business processes

➢ Check the monthly accruals and analysis of related expense and revenues compared to estimates ➢ Prepare monthly reports of expenses on the company's cost centers and analysis of the actual results versus target

➢ Other special reports required by the management

Profile:

➢
With bachelor`s degree preferably Business Administration, Accountancy or Finance

➢
10+ years experience in Accounting

➢
Strong understanding of Accounting systems and processes

➢
Proactive, highly motivated and flexible

➢
Highly organised and attention to detail

➢
Time and schedule sensitive

➢
Experienced with SAGA, MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook

➢
Strong knowledge of national accounting standards.

➢
Experience in tax compliance and financial reporting
