In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Set up and maintain customer master data across ERP Oracle eBS and internal systems.
• Review incoming requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Support pricing reviews and upload price list data.
• Improve data integrity and reduce recurring data issues.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and audits.
• Develop documentation and work instructions for master data processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer and pricing data issues.
• Provide first-line support for data-related queries.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Customer Service, and Inside Sales teams across Europe.
• Support Oracle ERP data conversion activities.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to meet SLAs.
• Deliver user training and support as needed.

For This Role You Will Need

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or relevant professional experience (1–2 years in a similar data analyst role).
• Solid understanding of data modelling, profiling, and quality assurance.
• Experience with Oracle EBS and SQL (approx. 1 year).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Strong analytical skills with practical business understanding.
• Excellent communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart

• Fluency in an additional European language.
• Knowledge of SQL, Oracle, ServiceNow.
• Ability to produce clear and user-friendly work instructions or training resources for system users.
