As a Product Data Codification Analyst – Customer Catalogs, you will:

• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of configurable articles for new and existing Steelcase clients, aligned with Marketing & Sales requirements.
• Create and manage customer catalogs within the SAP environment to support order fulfillment, life-cycle maintenance, and customer service.
• Develop electronic deliverables for key account customer offers, including electronic catalogs for dealers and E-Biz platforms.
• Apply pricing methodologies to configure customer-specific product styles.

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated initiative and strong communication skills.
• Accountability in task ownership and solid planning & organizing skills.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• A curious mindset and ability to troubleshoot.
• Adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
