Payroll Governance Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Governance Support Specialist to join our team. This role will support the Global Payroll Governance function by assisting with daily tasks, extracting information from reports for various stakeholders, following up on third-party risk assessments, and providing support on contractual topics. This position is crucial in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our payroll governance processes.
Responsibilities
Assist in the daily operations of the Global Payroll Governance function.
Extract and compile information from various reports required by different stakeholders.
Support the follow-up process for third-party risk assessments, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Provide organizational support for contractual matters.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with governance standards.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to payroll governance activities.
Assist in the preparation of Payroll Governance monthly reports and presentations for senior management.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the Global Payroll Governance team.
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract and interpret data from reports.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with third-party risk assessments and contractual support is a plus.
