  • Studii superioare în domeniul tehnic finalizate (de preferat în instalații);
  • Experiență în activitatea de ofertare instalații - minim 2 ani;
  • Cunoștințe echipamente HVAC;
  • Abilități de comunicare, relaționare, planificare, organizare, coordonare și negociere;
  • Persoană energică, orientată spre rezultate și spre învățare;
  • Interes pentru produse și tehnologii noi în domeniul instalațiilor;
  • Valori personale solide de onestitate și integritate;
  • Fire analitică și preocupare pentru informațiile și procesele din spatele datelor;
  • Abilitatea de a tine prezentari.
  • Cunoștințe operare în sisteme informatice, în special Excel si Powerpoint
  • Engleză avansat;
  • Permis de conducere categoria B.

Pentru acest job, vei avea urmatoarele responsabilități:

  • Deprinderea și aprofundarea permanentă a cunoștințelor despre produsele și sistemele comercializate de companie, precum și despre legislația și standardele în vigoare;
  • Oferirea de suport tehnic pentru produsele companiei;
  • Oferirea de suport tehnic pentru echipele de instalare și service în timpul implementării proiectelor;
  • Răspuns la întrebările tehnice și rezolvarea problemelor întâmpinate de parteneri sau clienți;
  • Contribuirea la pregătirea documentației tehnice a produselor (fișe tehnice, manuale tehnice);
  • Întocmirea ofertelor pentru clienți și transmiterea documentației tehnice aferente produselor ofertate;
  • Urmărirea în mod regulat a stadiului ofertelor;
  • Urmărirea proiectelor alocate, de la concepție până la finalizare;
  • Traducerea documentațiilor tehnice și a cataloagelor;
  • Susținerea de traininguri și prezentări;
  • Identificarea nevoilor de training pentru clienți interni și externi;
  • Dezvoltarea de programe de training și livrarea de sesiuni de training tehnic pentru instalatori, personal de service și parteneri comerciali;
  • Asigurarea că toate părțile implicate înțeleg produsele și serviciile oferite, precum și instalarea și întreținerea acestora.
