Role Overview
Our
Reporting Specialist - Yardi is extracting, analyzing, and presenting data from the Yardi platform, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Verifying and validating the implementation of lease agreements, ensuring their accurate integration into internal systems and compliance with contractual terms;
- Monitoring all lease agreements within the shopping centers, both from a financial-accounting perspective (including the integrated billing process, allocation of common costs, payments, collections, preparation of rent-roll files) and from an operational perspective (tracking contractual clauses related to rent calculation, indexations, payment deadlines, tenant history, and any payment guarantees);
- Supervising and verifying analytical reports and databases, to ensure alignment with the provisions of the lease agreements and the issued invoices;
- Preparing periodic reports and analyses regarding lease contract management, to support process optimization and business decision-making;
- Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement;
- Consistently analyze financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc reports;
- Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators;
- Process of preparing individual and consolidated budgets;
- Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management;
- Prepares financial analysis reports of the companies of interest and makes recommendations;
- Assist with short- and medium-term financial planning;
- Prepares and monitors budgets at assets level;
- Involved in budgeting processes;
- To draw from a wide range of macro-economic and opportunity specific factors that are applied to screening and evaluation of investment opportunities;
- Collect, review and log data totals into database for reporting and ensure accuracy and report deliverables timelines;
- Oversee reports and deliverables complying with contracts and invoicing.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
• A real estate background is not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience.
• Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
